To make this vegetarian breakfast, you need to start by prepping the eggless omelette! In a mixing bowl, add besan, maida, salt and baking powder. Whisk these dry ingredients together. Now pour water and whisk again, just like you whisk an omelette. The batter has to be thin and smooth. Heat a pan and pour the batter to make a thin omelette. Once it is semi-cooked, place two slices of buttered bread and flip the omelette. On the other side, add cheese slices, chopped tomatoes, onions and capsicum. Close the omelette bread like a sandwich, and grill it till the bread is nice and crisp. The eggless omelette sandwich is ready!
